Abstract

Link Management

Link Management is software specially designed to help webmasters to
automate the management of the links on their site. Link Management is
incredibly quick and easy to use. With a few clicks in seconds, Link
Management allows you to Create, Remove, and Update the links on
thousands of HTML pages simultaneously, is an indispensable tool for
webmasters. We all know that a site is created by multiple pages, the
pages connected by links within reasonable keywords. If there is no
link to connect the pages together, it will not be known as a full
site.

A link (or hyperlink) is a word, phrase, or image in an Internet
document the reader can connect to a web page (HTML file), or another
part of the current document. Links allow users to click their way from
page to page. Because the links are everywhere in the HTML file, it is
important to understand how to create them, remove them, or simply
change their target attribute.

same place. For example, in windows explorer, in your active web
server, you can not see all the pages at a time if they are residing in
different folders. In Excel, in Notepad, or another page editing tool,
you can just see all the pages if you copy a list of files in each
individual folder and merge them into one page.

With Link Management, you simply open the folder containing all
subfolders and files in it, Link Management will display a list of all
your pages in one place with the details view such as file name, URL,
title, heading, keyword density and its percentage, even if they are
thousands of pages, and are residing at different levels of subfolders.

With a few clicks in seconds, it allows you to view, convert, remove,
and edit thousands of links on thousands of HTML pages in the same
place at a time. To perform any of its functions, you just select the
desired option, the pages you want to do, the pages you want to
exclude, and then click a button. However, with a simple click, it lets
you preview the results of each individual sentence on each individual
paragraph in any pages such as file source name, keyword, location,
destination, old sentence, and modified sentence.

What you see on the preview is what you will get the result on the
output files once the Process button is clicked. All output files will
be written to the disk location of your choosing. How the structure of
your folders and files organized, the output structure is kept as it
was.

Create Link

The Create Link function is used to create links for your site. The
functions of the Create Link let you set, select, and manipulate links.
To create the links dynamically, you do not create them manually.
Instead, you use this function.

After you have created your website and create HTML pages, you'll want
to make the connection from your pages to other pages. The purpose of
this function is to create links to your pages. It allows you to
quickly create links on a site automatically. It is especially useful
when you want to add a new page to your site.

When you add a new page to your site, this new page is an orphan (that
is, no pages on your directory point to it). To make other pages link
to your new page, to create links on this new page to link from this
new page to other pages, to make your pages linked together, you need
to run this Create Link function once.

Remove Link

The Remove Link function is used to remove links from your site. You
can give this function a specific URL or a list of URLs by copy/paste
or typing directly in the text box in the Remove Links tab, then press
the "Show List" button and then the "Process" button to remove all your
unwanted links.

Remove links from your web pages, from your site

Once your site is developed, it has thousands of pages, including
thousands of links. For some reason that you want some links will be
removed from your site. Its not an easy task, because links are every
where in HTML pages, how to find them, how to remove them without
deleting the link labels (hypertext) of their existing links in the
current sentence.

This Remove Link function of Link Management allows you to remove any
custom links in any page you want, or in all the pages you want by just
give it a specific URL, or list of URLs that you want to remove, and by
choosing an option of how to command the links will be removed from
your site such as reset the text style of Bold or Italic of link labels
to normal text, delete the entire URL (including link label), or retain
the style of link label after removing links.

However, with a simple click, it lets you preview the list of links in
any page containing the specific URL that would be removed by your
choice. What you see on the preview is what you will get the result on
the output files once the Process button is clicked.

Update Link

The Update Link function is used to set the default target attribute
for your site to open a new page in the same or in a new browser
window.

The term update means that this option will replace all existing links
on your site that might have different HREF target that command on how
to open a new page. This feature allows you to set the default for all
pages to open in the same or in a new browser Window even if they have
different targets set in a page or nothing.

This feature will scan all the pages on your site, if in any page it
finds a link that set targets other than your choice, if you will
automatically replace it with the one you prefer, or will insert HTML
syntax to modify the link if it is not set the target attribute at all.

With a simple click on any page, you can preview a list of links will
be modified. What you see on the preview is what you will get the
result on the output files once the Process button is clicked.
